摘要： 面对国际、国内形势的复杂变化，市场经济跨越发展，在现代事业改革、发展的过程中，思想政治工作的成效对于人力资源管理、航道文化的导向有着直接的影响。文章从以“德”修身的角度就如何提升德育工作的有效性作简要分析、探讨。

关键词: 以德修身, 德育工作, 时效性

Abstract: Faced with the profound changes in the international complex and domestic situation,market economy development in the course of modern enterprise reform and development,the effect of ideological and political work has direct influence on the management of human resources and the culture of navigation channel. This article briefly analyzes and discusses the countermeasures of improving effectiveness from the moral perspective .
