摘要： 文章在对江苏省高校大学生就业指导队伍现状分析的基础上，理清就业指导工作与就业指导师资队伍建设的辩证关系，提出建设一支职业化、专业化、高水平高校就业指导队伍的合理构想与前瞻性建议，以期推动江苏省高校就业指导师队伍的职业化建设。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of current employment guiding team condition in Jiangsu universities ,this research is to clarify the dialectical relationship between employment guidance and the construction of employment guidance teams as well as put forward some reasonable concept and prospective suggestion to construct a professional, specialized and high-lever university employment guidance team. And it aims to promote construction of team professionalization in Jiangsu universities.
