摘要： 现场技能考评是职业技能鉴定工作的重要组成部分。文章首先指出了现场技能考评环节通常做法中所存在的一些不足，进而围绕职业技能鉴定现场技能考评系统开发，重点针对数据结构、考评成绩关联存储和考评现场调度等3个基础方面进行了技术分析，并提出了相关设计方案。

Abstract: On-site skill evaluation is an important part of the Occupation Skill Appraisal (OSTA). In this article, we first pointed out some shortcomings in general practices of on-site skill evaluation. Then, as to develop the OSTA on-site evaluation system, we conducted a technical analysis on three basic aspect———data structure, results associative storage and on-site dispatches, and proposed the relative design scheme.
