摘要： 文章根据个人工作经历，结合研究所10/0.4kV变电所运行管理，从组织管理、预防及维护、事故处理及安全用具及特殊改进等方面进行了总结，提出了简化小型用户变电所的管理措施，同时明确了保证变电所安全运行必须控制的关键管理项目及相应要求。

Abstract: Based on personal working experience, combined with the institute of 10/0.4 kV substation operation management, from the organization and management, prevention and maintenance, accident treatment and safe appliance and special improvement, etc are summarized, the simplified small customer substation management measures are put forward, at the same time, made clear the key to guarantee the safe operation of the substation must control management project and the corresponding requirements.
