摘要： 科技期刊的发展应注重创新性,每个科技期刊编辑都要具备创新意识,只有这样才能适应时代的潮流,更好地推动科技期刊可持续发展.文章从理念思路、组稿策划、技术手段几方面探讨科技期刊编辑创新意识的应用,希望能够激发期刊编辑的思维,带动科技期刊上升到更高的水平.

Abstract: The development of scientific and technical journals should focus on innovation ,thus every editors should have sense of innovation,which is the only way to adapt to the trend of the timesto better promote the sustainable development of scientific and technical journals. This paper discuss the application of scientific and technical journal editors' innovate consciousness from ideas,planning in soliciting contributions,technical means,hoping to stimulate thinking of journal editors,driven scientific and technical journals to a higher level.
