摘要： 企业培训是提升员工技能的有效途径，培训课程是企业培训的核心要素和重要知识资源。文章从开展教材建设的意义、培训教材编写的基本要求和管理流程等几方面，阐述了梅山钢铁公司开展企业培训教材建设的具体做法和特色成效。

Abstract: Enterprise training is an effective way to improve the skills of employees,and training courses are the core elements and important knowledge resources of enterprise training.This article from the following aspects:the significance of the construction of teaching materials,training materials prepared by the basic requirements and management process,expounds the Meishan Iron and Steel Company to carry out corporate training materials and construction practices and the specific characteristics of the results.
