2.CVPL's role will be to provide its professional consultancy services and implementation of two proposed reading programmes in the Reading Strategy Plan for Dubai. An environment scan of Dubai has been completed, and a series of studies will be conducted to determine and recommend a set of customised reading initiatives culminating in the Dubai Reading Strategy Plan.

The YP Library will also celebrate the World Youth Day, and activities will be concluded by the End of Summer Ceremony.
