Design of intelligent teaching platform for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship courses empowered by artificial intelligence

摘要: 文章应用深度学习、生成对抗网络和Transformer等技术,设计并构建了基于人工智能的大学生创新创业课程智慧教学平台,实现了个性化教学、创新项目推荐及课程内容的语义匹配。平台通过卷积神经网络构建学习者画像,利用生成对抗网络生成创新项目并基于Transformer模型进行课程内容推荐。高并发测试表明,该平台具有稳定性、响应速度和推荐准确性,在学习者满意度、课程匹配准确率及创新项目孵化成功率方面均优于预期,展现了在智慧教育中的应用潜力。

Abstract: The article applies technologies such as deep learning, generative adversarial networks, and Transformers to design and construct an AI based intelligent teaching platform for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship courses, achieving personalized teaching, innovative project recommendation, and semantic matching of course content. The platform constructs learner portraits through convolutional neural networks, generates innovative projects using generative adversarial networks, and recommends course content based on Transformer models. High concurrency testing shows that the platform has stability, response speed, and recommendation accuracy. It outperforms expectations in terms of learner satisfaction, course matching accuracy, and innovative project incubation success rate, demonstrating its potential for application in smart education.
