摘要： 文章分析连续三年参加全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛过程中的突出问题,提出解决的对策,展示临床技能竞赛对临床教学质量的提高起到的积极作用,有利于改变教学模式,转变教师教学理念,提高医学生的综合素质,有效地推动临床医学人才培养模式和临床实践改革,推进临床医学教育不断创新.

Abstract: The paper analyzes the outstanding problems of clinical skills competition for medical students in medical universities in China for three consecutive years ,puts forward strategies. Clinical skills competition has played a positive role in improving the quality of clinical teaching ,helping to change the teaching mode and idea ,improving the overall quality of medical students and effectively promoting the reform of clinical medical training model and clinical practice,and promoting the innovation of clinical medical education.
