摘要： 文章指出现代农业建设需要新型的职业农民，随着农业农村的进一步发展，作好新形势下农民教育培训工作，是当前的紧迫任务。湖熟街道社区教育中心确立了以职业农民培训为新时期社区教育的主要抓手，逐步形成了湖熟社区教育新特色。

Abstract: The article discusses the construction of modern agriculture needs new professional farmers ,with further development of agriculture and rural areas,the current urgent task is do a good job in training and education the farmers in the new situation. Hushu Street Community Education Center established the new era’s community education’ s main focus in training professional farmers,and gradually formed a new Hushu Community education features.
