摘要： 档案工作是学校整体工作的重要组成部分，随着学校的快速发展，对档案工作也提出了更高的要求，但当前学校档案人才队伍建设的不完善，制约了学校档案事业的发展。因此，建设一支高素质的档案管理队伍，成为当前学校档案建设工作的重中之重。文章分析了学校档案队伍建设现状和存在的问题，并提出了档案队伍建设的对策。

Abstract: Archives is an important part of the whole school work.With the rapid development of the school ,it also puts forward higher requirements for archives work.However ,the current files for the construction of archives personnel in school is imperfect,which restricts the development of the school archives. Therefore,building a high quality of the archives management team has becoming an important work in school. This paper analyzes the facts and problems of archives personnel construction ,and it also explores the revelent suggestions for improvement in this problem.
