摘要： 盐城沿海滩涂湿地细菌宏基因组学的研究对促进江苏沿海滩涂生物资源的可持续开发利用具有重要意义。文章旨在采用不同的提取缓冲液对盐城沿海滩涂湿地土壤的总DNA进行提取，并通过紫外分光光度计和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测以选出比较适合湿地土壤总DNA提取的缓冲液，为后续进一步进行盐城沿海滩涂湿地细菌宏基因组学研究作铺垫。

Abstract: The research on bacteria macro genomics of Yancheng coastal shoal wetland is important for promoting the development and utilization of Jiangsu coastal shoal resources. The objective of this experiment was extracting total DNA from YanCheng coastal wetlands by different extraction buffer, and choosing the suitable extraction buffer for extracting total DNA from Yancheng coastal wetlands through the detection method of the ultraviolet spectrophotometer and agarose gel electrophoresis. This experiment also could be prepared for further research subsequently on the macro genomics of Yancheng coastal shoal wetland bacteria.
