江苏科技成果转移转化服务中心建设运行方式与优化对策分析

摘要： 围绕苏中、苏北产业需求，立足提升区域科技服务能力，江苏布局建设了科技成果转移转化服务中心，对从事科技成果转移转化、中介鉴证及评估、创业孵化、投融资、综合信息服务的科技中介服务机构进行业务培育。文章基于科技成果转移转化服务中心的建设情况，总结建设成效，分析问题不足，为下一步发展提出建设性的优化对策。

Abstract: To satisfy the industrial needs and improve the ability of technological services of central and northern districts,Jiangsu province established a group of technology transfer centers. These centers mainly provided professional trainings for those agencies working on achievements transfer ,verification and assessment, business incubation,investing and financing,and integrated information services. Based on the current conditions of these transfer centers,the purpose of this article is to summarize construction experiences,analyze problems and disadvantages,and then provide some constructive strategies for the further development.
