摘要: 在以促进就业为目的的职业教育改革背景下,尽管学生初次就业率很高,但跳槽、离职等高劳动流动率也同样存在。为解决此类问题各组织采取了不同的社会化策略,这些策略在多大程度上出现差异以及是否有效是本研究关注的核心问题。文章以合肥财经职业学院应届毕业生为样本,对新员工社会化策略展开差异性和有效性分析,并提出对策建议。

Abstract: Under the background of vocational education reform which employment promoting is the most important purpose,although the vocational education students first employment rate is very high,but job-hopping, high quit rate also exist. To solve this problem the organizations have taken different social strategies ,to what extent these policies appear differences and effectiveness is the core problem of the research. The paper takes Hefei College of Finance and Economics graduates as sample,analyzes social strategies of differentiated and effectiveness and put up some suggestions.
