摘要： 直供料供应实践中，往往难以按照标准的JIT供应模式进行管理。如何有效地保障直供料的质量，防范风险，一直是困扰采购部门的一大难题。结合采购供应理论，文章通过对直供料供应现状的剖析，对如何优化直供料供应模式进行探索。

Abstract: In direct feeding supply practice,it is often difficult to supply mode according to JIT standard management.How to effectively guarantee the quality of direct feeding and guard against the risk ,has been a problem for the purchas?ing department.Combining with the theory of supply and procurement,this paper is to explore on how to optimize the supply model of direct feeding through the analysis of direct feeding supply situation.
