摘要： 产学研合作在推动社会经济发展中起着重要的作用，宿迁市的产学研合作近年来取得了一些成绩，但仍存在很多问题。文章分析了宿迁市产学研合作存在的问题，提出了应对策略，为推动宿迁市产学研合作的发展提供了一定的指导和借鉴作用，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

关键词: 产学研, 市场导向, 激励约束机制

Abstract: University-industry cooperation plays an important role in promoting social and economic development. Suqian has made some achievements in recent years, but there are still many problems. This paper analyzes the problems existing in university-industry cooperation in Suqian, and puts forward the countermeasures, in order to promote the development of university-industry cooperation in Suqian, it also provides some guidances and references, which has important theory value and practical significance.
