江苏省淮安市淮阴区耕地质量等级评价研究

摘要： 随着国家对耕地保护与建设精细化管理的要求越来越高，耕地质量等级评价成为促进耕地保护由以数量管理向数量质量并重转变的重要手段，其成果已应用于国土资源管理的诸多方面。文章以江苏省淮阴区为研究区，在调查分析全区耕地自然、利用、经济等情况的基础上，采用多因素评价指标模型，运用ArcGIS软件进行分析计算，对淮阴区耕地的自然、利用、经济质量等级进行了评价。

Abstract: Due to the higher demand on fine management of cultivated land protection and construction, cultivated land quality grade evaluation has become an important method to protect cultivated land from transforming quantity into quantity and quality. The results were used in many aspects of land and resources management. In this paper, Huaiyin district in Jiangsu Province was taken as the study object, through investigation and analysis on the conditions of nature, utilization and economy, we use ArcGIS software to analyze and calculate, and evaluate quality grade of nature, utilization and economy in Huaiyin district.
