3D打印路径规划对FDM打印质量研究

Research on FDM printing quality based on 3D printing path planning

摘要:

文章通过对两款切片软件(Cura和Simplify3D)的工艺路径规划研究,发现虽然两者有不同的填充方式,但均采用了复合填充的方式,能够融合往复直线填充和根据边界曲线的偏置填充方式,而且从外到内的填充打印使模型得到更好的表面质量,同时能够降低次品率和常见的台阶效应及拉丝现象。研究表明,优化后的工艺参数有助于提升产品的表面质量和节省打印时间。

Abstract:

In this paper, through the research on the process path planning of the two slicing software, it is found that although they have different filling methods, they both adopt the composite filling method, which can integrate the reciprocating linear filling method and the offset filling method according to the boundary curve. And the filling and printing model from outside to inside can get better surface quality. At the same time, it can reduce the defective rate and common step effect and wire drawing phenomenon. The research shows that the optimized process parameters are helpful to improve the surface quality and save printing time.
