摘要： 文章通过对PTA装置氧化反应器搅拌系统常见故障进行分类总结和原因剖析，提出有效的防范性措施。经实践证明，能够有效提高反应器搅拌系统长周期运行，以期对同类搅拌系统的日常维护与保障有一定的借鉴作用。
关键词: PTA氧化反应器, 防范措施
Abstract: Through summarizing and analyzing the common fault of oxidation reactor's stirring system of PTA, the paper proposes effective and defensive measures. The practice has proved that could improve the operation cycle of the reactor stirring’s system effectively. The paper tries to provide some references for daily maintenance and security of the similar stirring systems.
