摘要： 科技项目管理决定企业科技项目能否顺利运行并通过验收，文章拟从科技项目和科技项目管理的定义入手，阐述科技项目管理的特点、企业科技项目管理中存在的问题及对策。

Abstract: Technology project management determines whether the companies technology project can run smoothly and pass the final check,this paper intends to start from the definition of technology projects and technology project management,and elaborate the characteristics of technology project management,the problems in the management of the companies technology projects and the ways to deal with them.
