摘要： 文章提出民营医院在医疗卫生事业发展中承担着不可或缺的任务，通过对民营医院发展现状进行分析，指出民营医院面临着隐形门槛、人才瓶颈诚信度低和管理混乱等问题，对民营医院的发展需要坚持公益性、市场机制和鼓励与严格监管相结合原则，在此基础上，以问题为导向提出创新供给模式、加快人才流动和倡导先进服务理念等政策建议。

Abstract: The article puts forward private hospital act as a very important role in health care system in China. By analysing the current development situation of private hospitals ,the article points out many problems such as invisible threshold,talent bottleneck low integrity,management confusion etc.The development of private hospitals need to adhere to the principle of public welfare ,market mechanism and the combination of incentives and strict supervision.On this basis,innovation of supply model,accelerating flow of teclent,and advanced service concept,etc. are proposed in the problem orientation.
