新工科视域下土建类学生实践能力影响因素及培养途径研究

摘要: 良好的实践能力是土建类学生顺利就业的重要条件。为探索高校土建类学生实践能力的培养途径,提高学生自身能力与社会的融合度,在实践能力结构分析的基础上,文章通过分析影响实践能力培养的主要因素,从专业课程体系、实验及实训条件、教师工程实践能力以及校企合作4个方面对该专业学生的实践能力培养途径进行探讨研究。研究结果可为土建类专业学生人才培养方案的制定提供理论依据。

Abstract: Good practical ability is an important condition for civil engineering students to successfully find employment. In order to explore the ways to cultivate practical abilities of civil engineering students in universities and improve their integration with society, based on the analysis of the structure of practical abilities, this article explores and studies the ways to cultivate practical abilities of students in this major from four aspects: professional curriculum system, experimental and practical training conditions, teacher engineering practical abilities, and school enterprise cooperation, by analyzing the main factors that affect the cultivation of practical abilities. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the development of talent training programs for civil engineering majors.
