Research on the training pathways for public administration graduate students under the new quality productivity forces

摘要: 新质生产力作为现代经济发展的关键推动力,对公共管理类研究生的培养提出了新的挑战与机遇。文章通过深入剖析新质生产力的内涵,分析其与公共管理类研究生培养的逻辑关联,探讨了知识驱动、技术创新、信息化和综合能力提升4个方面的作用机制。基于这些理论分析,从优化课程设置、强化实践环节、探索跨学科融合和培养综合能力4个方面提出了构建新质生产力背景下公共管理类研究生培养路径的策略,为构建更加科学、高效的公共管理类研究生培养体系提供了理论依据。

Abstract: New quality productivity forces, as a key driving force for modern economic development, presents new challenges and opportunities for the cultivation of public administration graduate students. The article deeply analyzes the connotation of new quality productivity forces and its logical connection with the training of public administration graduate students, exploring the mechanisms of knowledge driven, technological innovation, informatization, and comprehensive ability enhancement. Based on these theoretical analyses, strategies for constructing a training path for public administration graduate students under the background of new quality productivity forces are proposed from four aspects: optimizing curriculum settings, strengthening practical activities, exploring interdisciplinary integration, and cultivating comprehensive abilities. This provides a theoretical basis for constructing a more scientific and efficient public administration graduate training system.
