摘要： 文章运用模糊层次分析法对产教融合背景下民办高校服务地方经济发展的关键因素进行分析。结果显示:各因素对民办高校服务地方经济发展的重要性有所差异,政府支持与政策保障以15.00%的权重位居首位,校企合作机制、科研与社会服务的权重位居第2,办学定位与人才培养模式、实践教学条件、校地资源共享3个因素处于中等水平,师资队伍建设、质量保障与评估反馈同样起到重要支撑和保障作用。据此,提出针对性建议以更好地促进民办高校服务地方经济发展。

Abstract: The key factors of private colleges and universities serving the local economic development in the context of industry-education integration were analysed using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The results show that the importance of each factor in private colleges and universities serving the local economy varies. Government support and policy guarantees rank first with a weight of 15.00%, followed by the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and scientific research and social services. The positioning of running schools and talent training models, practical teaching conditions, and the sharing of school-local resources are at an intermediate level, while the construction of teaching staff and quality assurance and assessment feedback also play an important supporting and guaranteeing role. Accordingly, targeted suggestions are put forward to better promote private colleges and universities serving the local economy.
