摘要： 建设数字政府是基于信息时代背景下的政府变革回应,加强数字政府建设、完善数字政府治理体系已成为政府改革的主旋律之一。文章研究表明,江苏工信部门从工作实际出发,积极探索数字化转型发展路径,通过建设数字工信一体化平台逐步构建起全省一体、上下联动的工作体系,政务服务质量、产业治理水平、机关运行效能得到显著提升,为下一步全面深化改革奠定了良好基础,对于政府数字化转型建设具有积极的参考意义。

Abstract: Building a digital government is a response to government reform in the context of the information age. Strengthening the construction of a digital government and improving its governance system have become one of the main themes of government reform.Starting from practical work, Jiangsu's industrial and information technology departments actively explore the path of digital transformation and development. Through the construction of a digital industrial and information technology integration platform, a province wide and interconnected work system has been gradually established. The quality of government services, industrial governance level, and operational efficiency of government agencies have been significantly improved, laying a good foundation for the next step of comprehensive deepening reform and having positive reference significance for the construction of government digital transformation.
