医院医疗设备管理部门人员管理研究

Study on the Personnel Management of Medical Equipment Management Department in Hospital

摘要： 为分析目前医院设备管理部门的人员现状，找出存在的问题，提出解决方案，文章通过分析目前国内医院设备管理部门人员现状，结合某院实际，提出改革建议。结果显示，目前医院设备管理的部门发展、学科建设、人员配置以及继续教育并不能得到医院应有的重视，急需改变现状。文章最后得出结论，医院需充分认识设备管理在医院管理中的重要性、完善人才准入制度、加强继续教育管理，同时以医院文化建设助推设备管理的发展，使其更好地为临床医疗工作服务。

Abstract: Aiming at analyzing the personnel status of equipment management department in hospital, identifying the existing problems and proposing solutions, through analyzing personnel status of equipment management department in the current domestic hospital, and combining with the actual situation of the hospital, we put forward reform proposals. The results show that the hospital does not pay much attention to the sector development of equipment management, the discipline construction, the staffing, and the continuing education. The paper draws the conclusion that hospitals need to fully understand the importance of device management, personnel access system improving, the management of continuing education; at the same time, hospitals make use of hospital culture to propel the development of device management to make it better serve for clinical work.
