摘要： 文章研究了高校教学档案管理工作的特点，分析了高校传统教学档案管理模式中存在的缺陷，提出了现代高校教学档案管理的新型模式。

Abstract: This paper studies the characteristics of teaching archives management in colleges and universities, and analyzes the defects of the traditional management mode of teaching archives in colleges and universities. The paper proposes a new model of modern colleges teaching archives management.
