摘要: 使用性能优良的LED光源制作工业X射线观片灯已经成为工业观片灯的发展趋势.而不断提高LED观片灯的功率以提升光源亮度成为工业观片灯改进的主要目标.文章中介绍的大功率超高亮度LED工业观片灯,采用144个1W大功率LED贴片灯珠,24V直流供电,8路驱动电路同时驱动,大幅度提高了光线亮度,满足黑度大于4.5的要求.使用PT4115芯片作为LED驱动芯片,采用PWM调光方式,满足标准中所规定的散射系数的要求.从多方位采取散热措施,保证了观片灯的稳定和安全.采用电容式触摸按键作为人机交互,使用方便.

Abstract: The industrial X-ray film viewer using the LED light source performs well, and it will become a trend in the field of industrial X-ray film viewer.The major goal of improving the industrial film viewer is to improve the power of the LED film viewer so as to improve the light source brightness.This paper decribes a high-power and high-brightness LED industry film viewer ,which uses 144 1W high-power SMD LED lamp beads ,24V DC power supply,8-way driver circuit which works simultaneously.In this case,we greatly improved light intensity to meet the requirements of blackness which should be more than 4.5.Meanwhile ,we use PT4115 as LED driver chip and PWM dimming mode to meet the standard requirements of scattering coefficient.In the end, we take many kinds of measures to dissipate heat to assure the stability and safety of the film viewer ,and adopt Capacitive touch control technology as the way of human-computer interaction ,which is convenient.
