摘要： 翻转课堂是一种全新的教学模式，颠覆了传统的数学课堂教学。职教数学课堂面临着很多亟需解决的困境，将翻转课堂教学模式尝试应用在职教数学课堂中，将课前、课中和课后连成一线，创建自主的学习氛围，可以增强学生的主动性，使数学课堂焕发新的活力。文章根据职教数学的特点以及实践教学，提出了翻转课堂的教学模型，并分析了真正实现翻转课堂所面临的挑战。

Abstract: Flipped classroom is a kind of new teaching mode,subverts the traditional mathematics classroom teaching. Vocational education faces many dilemmas in mathematics classroom. Trying to apply flipped classroom teaching mode in the vocational education in the mathematics classroom,connect a line before class and after class,create autonomous learning atmosphere,will enhance the students’initiative,make mathematics classroom to glow the new vitality. According to the characteristics of the vocational education in mathematics and the practice teaching ,the paper puts forward flipped classroom teaching mode,and analyzes the true challenges faced in the process of flipped classroom.
