摘要： 随着大数据时代的到来，高校图书馆从信息服务向知识服务转变，馆员的职业压力与日俱增。文章阐述了职业压力产生的原因，并从积极心理学视角提出了缓解馆员压力的对策。

Abstract: With the arrival of the era of big data, the university library shifts from information service to knowledge service, and the occupational pressure of librarians is increasing day by day. This paper expounds the causes of occupational stress and puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the pressure of librarians from the perspective of positive psychology.
