Abstract: The 21st century is a century of rapid development of economy and technology, and the rapid development of information technology makes the operating environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises have undergone revolutionary changes. It changes production modes, management modes and service modes in small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to cope with the drastic changes in the market, small and medium-sized enterprises must break the original internal structure of production, that is, small and medium-sized enterprises need to break the original management modes, innovation management to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition. With the help of information technology, modern small and medium enterprises must combine advanced information technology and advanced management ideas, and creatively use information technology to adapt to the development of domestic and foreign markets and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This article mainly researches the realization of the management of small and medium enterprises in the information sharing from the perspective of enterprise management, so as to coordinate the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises, to achieve the purpose of the management of enterprises.
