摘要： 大学是培养和锻炼学生综合素质的平台，学生组织是借以发挥作用的重要载体，而学生社团联合会主要服务各学生社团，以便更好地服务全校师生，更好的锤炼自我。文章使用ISPI绩效技术过程模型进行分析，结合通过访谈、参与性观察等，根据学校特征提出一些绩效管理和学生社团发展的方法，为学校学生社团的发展提供一定的帮助。

Abstract: The university is a platform for students’ comprehensive quality cultivation and exercising, and student organizations are important carriers to help students exercising their capabilities, while students associations mainly provide service for the entire school teachers and students. Based on the interviews and participatory observations, the paper uses ISPI performance technology process model for analysis, aiming to put forward some methods of performance management and student associations development and to provide better help for the development of the student associations.
