摘要: 中国检验认证集团由国务院批准成立,是目前国内唯一一家“中国”为字头的以“检验、鉴定、认证、测试”为主业的第三方检验认证机构。在30多年的发展中,已成功塑造了“CCIC”和“CQC”两大著名品牌。但其在经营中的问题也不断产生扩大:员工整体素质不高、宣传方式单一、客户没有分级定位管理等问题,都阻碍了企业的进一步发展。文章在分析问题的基础上提出了树立服务理念、进行员工培训、广泛利用媒介等对策建议。

Abstract: China Inspection Certification Group is the third party inspection certification body approved by the State Council. Its main business is“inspection, identification, certification and testing”. In more than 30 years of development, it has successfully built “CCIC”and “CQC”two big famous brands. But various problems arise in the business expanding process;for instance, the staff overall quality is not high, the propaganda approach is single, the customers positioning is not clear, all above problems have hindered the further development of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of customer relationship management, the article puts forward some suggestions such as setting up the service concept, training the staff, using the media widely.
