摘要： 公共图书馆典藏书库在图书馆的工作中占有重要的地位。文章以南京图书馆为例论述了由于历史原因和传统管理模式根深蒂固的影响，使得典藏书库的工作人员忽视了最大化地开发利用典藏书库来满足读者日益增长的阅读需求。文章分析了该现象产生的原因并提出了相应的改善措施。

Abstract: The stack rooms for book reservation in a public library play an important role in the service of a library. This paper takes Nanjing Library as an example to discuss the impact of the historical reasons and deep-rooted traditional management model, which makes the staff of stack rooms ignore the maximum exploitation of stack rooms to meet the growing needs of readers. This paper analyzes the reasons of the phenomenon and the corresponding improvement measures.
