摘要： 加强农村科技服务体系建设可以促进农业增效、农民增收、农村发展，是推进农业现代化、全面建成小康社会的必经之路。文章从农村科技服务体系的定义与意义入手，探析农村科技服务体系建设中存在的问题及改进的对策建议。

Abstract: Strengthening the construction of rural science and technology service system can improve the efficiency of agriculture,increase the income of farmers and promote rural development,it is the only way which must be passed to advance agricultural modernization and build a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper starts with the definition and significance of rural science and technology service system ,analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the construction of rural science and technology service system.
