摘要： 公共图书馆对于所在地方的经济建设有着不可忽视的影响，文章在讨论图书馆对于所在地方经济的保存、传承、发展以及地方精神文明建设等方面所承担的责任和义务的基础上，探讨怎样更加有效地利用自身各项优势更好地服务于地方经济。

Abstract: The public library has an important influence on the economic development of the local economy. This paper discusses how to make use of their own advantages to better serve the local economy through discussing the responsibility and obligation of the library for the preservation, inheritance and development of local economy.
