摘要： 文章对常州市2013年12月底前立项的省、市级工程技术研究中心建设及开展国际科技合作与交流情况进行了调研,重点阐述了常州市工程技术研究中心开展国际科技合作项目的数量、合作的形式和开展国际科技合作的需求,提出了开展国际科技合作的问题以及建议.

Abstract: This paper presents the research on the construction and development of province & municipal engineering technology research center before Dec.2013 of Changzhou,emphasizes the number,the form of cooperation and their demand,then puts forward questions and suggestions to solve it.
