摘要： 干部人事档案是干部的重要依据。在大数据时代，学校要不断加强计算机在干部人事档案管理中高效、快捷的利用。文章结合学校干部人事档案管理的特点，分析计算机在学校干部人事档案管理中的优势效能，加强计算机在日常档案管理的利用，进一步优化管理手段和方式，提升管理质量。

Abstract: Cadre personnel file is an important basis for the cadres.In the era of big data ,the school should continuously strengthen the computer in the cadre and personnel files management in the efficient ,quick use. Combined with the characteristics of school personnel file management ,analysis of the advantages of computer in school personnel file management,strengthen the use of computer in the daily management of archives,and further optimize the management means and methods, improve the quality of management.
