摘要: 文章研究了RGD-TRAIL工程菌破壁液的加热处理温度、加热处理时间和加热对破壁液及纯化工艺的影响,最终确定了加热的工艺参数为:破壁液经50℃加热处理30min,可以在保证RGD-TRAIL占总可溶性蛋白16.4%的基础上,沉淀除去部分杂蛋白,降低后续纯化工艺的压力,获得纯度较高的原液。

Abstract: Temperature and time were optimized,as well as effects of heating on broken liquid and purification process were studied,to study heating process for broken liquids.The final heating process was determined to be:broken liquid be heated at 50℃for 30 minutes.As much as possible bybridprotein subsided in this processure on the basis that there were 16.4% RGD-TRAIL in supernatant.Such heating process can reduce later purification pressure to gain bulk with high RGD-TRAIL purity.
