摘要： 进入21世纪以来，我国人口老龄化进程不断加快，对高校生源造成重大影响，给各高校人才培养带来了新的挑战。文章基于人口老龄化的视角，结合当前广东外语外贸大学的人才培养模式现状，剖析人口老龄化结构对广外人才培养模式的冲击，对广外完善和改革人才培养模式提出政策性建议。

Abstract: It is well known that population aging has become more serious in China since 21st .And it has made adverse impacts on university enrollment ,throwing out a great challenge on talent-training of universities. The influence causing by population aging on talent-training of universities is discussed in this paper with Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as the case. A number of policy suggestions for more effective optimization of talent-training of universities would be given from a population aging perspective.
