摘要: 铁道车辆布线检测主要是对车辆线缆绝缘、耐压特性和通断的检测.当前铁道车辆布线日趋复杂、线路数量和接口大为增加,对各类车辆不同型号线缆的单个和分组巡检的任务异常繁重.文章在对南车南京浦镇车辆有限公司车辆线缆检测现状及迫切需求实地调研的基础上,采用自动化检测的新技术构建一种高效率自动实现的车辆布线综合检测系统,能在检修环节对车辆线缆高效率地进行全面检测,确保列车安全运行.

Abstract: Detection for rolling stock cabling aims to detect the insulation,withstand voltage characteristics and on/off status of wires and cables onboard vehicles. Nowadays rolling stock cabling is increasingly complicated with lines and interfaces significantly growing,leading to an extremely heavy work of on-site inspection on single and grouped wires and cables of various types for each class of vehicles. Based on the status quo and the pressing needs of vehicle wire and cable detection in CSR Puzhen,this paper adopts a new technology of automatic detection to construct an efficiently automatic-implemented detecting system for vehicle cabling,which can conduct an overall detection on wires and cables onboard vehicles efficiently during inspection for a safe operation of trains.
