摘要： 随着国家专利导航试点工程在实验区和试点单位的迅速推进，其对地方产业转型升级和高端化发展的重大意义已经得到体现，与此同时，也为公共财政的二次分配、支持符合产业发展方向的科技创新产生了积极的影响。文章以镇江市为例，分析了开展专利导航产业发展的基础，并从财政角度分析了推进专利导航产业发展的路径。

Abstract: Along with the national patent navigation project in the rapidly advancing, while its great influence on the local industrial transformation and upgrading has been reflected. meanwhile, it also had a positive effect for the redistribution and public financial support for technological innovation industrial development. In this paper, taking Zhenjiang city as an example, present the development of the basic patent navigation industry development, and the path of patent navigation industry development by Local finance.
