摘要:

以国内某款半承载式客车为原型,在OPTISTUCT中建立拓扑优化空间;在4种常见工况下进行拓扑优化计算,根据结果修改原始模型,使材料布局得到优化,车身受力更加协调。为确保优化后的结构安全性,对新模型在LS-DYNA中进行整车侧翻碰撞安全仿真模拟,最终得到有效的轻量化整车模型。

Abstract:

Based on a domestic semi-bearing passenger car, the topology optimization space is established in OPTISTUCT, and the topology optimization calculation is carried out under four common working conditions, and the original model is modified according to the results, so that the material layout is optimized and the force of the car body is more harmonious. In order to ensure the safety of the optimized structure, the new model is simulated in LS-DYNA for the safety of rollover collision, and finally an effective lightweight vehicle model is obtained.
