Menopause is a period of ten years, five years before and after the menopause, generally between the ages of 45 and 55. During menopause, the function of the ovaries declines and the secretion of female hormones (estrogen) rapidly decreases. As a result, hormonal imbalance occurs, and various physical and mental disorders appear due to the disruption of the menstrual cycle and estrogen deficiency. Although the type and intensity of symptoms vary from person to person, the various discomforts of menopause are called menopausal symptoms. If the symptoms are so severe that they interfere with daily life, such as work and housework, they are called menopausal symptoms. This examination performed aroma treatment in a pace once in 7th for the subjects who entered menopause, and had begun to be worried about a change of the physical condition eight times in total and observed a change of the quality of life using the KK scale method.
