摘要： 在知识员工自主研发和合作创新中，企业科协具有承上启下的积极作用。围绕科协系统自身资源优势，文章尝试开展支撑企业创新的比较研究。结果表明知识员工自主研发和合作创新的基本内容，至少包括论文发表、课题研发和专利申请。提出基于企业科协层面的知识员工创新策略，应当在内容和形式具有针对性和适应性。

Abstract: Enterprises association has active role in the independent research and development and co-innovation of knowledge workers.A comparative study was carried out to support enterprise innovation around its own resources in this paper. The results show that the basic contents of the independent research and development and co-innovation of knowledge workers at least include papers published, R & D and patent applications. It is proposed that the innovation strategy of knowledge workers should have relevance and adaptability in content and form based on enterprise association.
