关于竞争性教学法和课程成绩评价体系的探讨

摘要: 近年来,由于大学毕业生就业压力越来越大,高等教育有效性质量问题一直成为热议的话题。如何提高大学教学质量,增强教学有效性,培养真正的大学人才也成为众多专家学者们的研究重点。文章针对我国教育体制中存在的问题,首先提出竞争性教学的观点,然后通过竞争目标的确立来增强学生的竞争意识,最后建立成绩评价体系,对学生的学习成果进行科学合理的评价。通过对这些问题的探讨,旨在提升我国教学有效性,培养出真正的人才。

Abstract: In recent years, due to the increasing pressure on employment of university graduates, the effectiveness of the quality of higher education has been hot for the people. How to improve the teaching quality,to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and to cultivate a real university talent have become the focus of many experts and scholars researches. In this paper, we firstly propose a competitive point of view of teaching facing our problems in the education system ,then establish competing objectives to enhance students' sense of competition, and finally establish performance evaluation system for students learning outcomes for scientific and rational evaluation. By discussing these issues,we aim to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and cultivate a true talent.
