本次会议由长安大学和IEEE西安分会主办，云南师范大学、西北工业大学、西安理工大学和西安高新区发展战略研究院等单位协办，会议已进入IEEE会议列表和中国学术会议在线。本次会议所有录用论文将仍由IEEE出版社出版，继前五届论文集均被EI检索后，本次会议所有出版论文也将再次提交EI Compendex 和IEEE Xplore等数据库检索。同时部分优秀论文将在扩展后推荐到相应的EI(JA)期刊出版。
本会议注册费标准：人民币2200元左右。
